From the Kantina to the Table: The Stavros Story
Every great story has a beginning, and ours started on the street. You might know our little brother, Stav’s Kantina—the loud, determined donkey with a dream to bring kick-ass Greek street food to the masses. But as any good Greek will tell you, there comes a time when you need to stop running, pull up a chair, and truly appreciate the meal in front of you.
That is why we built Stavros.
Stavros is the mature evolution of our passion for food. We wanted to create a space that captures the "Sunday Lunch" feeling every day of the week—a place where the plates are bigger, the wine list is longer, and the clock moves a little slower.
While our Kantina is for the hungry traveler on the go, Stavros is for the "Parea"—the group of friends who want to turn a meal into an occasion. We have kept the donkey’s spirit—his love for authentic ingredients, his dedication to flavor, and his cheeky sense of fun—but we’ve given him a new home.
So, bring your appetite and your favorite people. The donkey has grown up, and he’s ready to host you.
